Journalism Made Easy

    Besides being able to read, any good journalist should know  what's "news" and what's not
    Of course, some "news" is easy ... like when tons of people die, or big celebrities get in really nasty trouble, or an elected official gets caught having sex and so on.
    However, it's not always that easy.
    Like just because something appears to be important doesn't always mean it's "news worthy."
    For example, here's a True Fact that could be important but....
   
The number of lawyers in Broward County has mushroomed twice as fast as the general population during the past several decades.
     So, is this "good" news, or "bad," or what?
