Tell Us Where It Hurts
      It’s not only foreign countries that are
taking jobs from my country.
      Reality is, it’s also the machines.
      Three decades ago, for example, the
company which provides me with electricity
once  maintained an office where I could
speak to another human being about my
service -- in person!
      That was then.
      But now, I must endure a growing number
of non-human encounters as part of my
everyday reality, including…  
  
        - Pharmacies
        - Airlines
        - Banks
        - Government agencies
        - Phone service
        - Physicians
        - Credit card firms
        - Internet Service
        - Electric service
        - Police
        - Checkout Counters
        - Etc......
